We care about your privacy as much as we care about every brand story we work on. This page is a simple, plain-language explanation of what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe — in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued by the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA). If anything is unclear, we'd love to hear from you.

1. Who we are

Different Angle (referred to as "we" or "Different Angle") is a Saudi creative agency headquartered in Riyadh. For privacy-related inquiries: info@dcorner.sa.

2. The data we collect

a) What you choose to share with us

When you reach out via the form or email, you may share:

  • Your full name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your phone number (optional).
  • Your nonprofit's or company's name (optional).
  • The details of your project or message.

b) Light technical data

Captured automatically for security and improvement only:

  • IP address (kept briefly).
  • Browser and device type.
  • Pages visited and timestamps.

c) Data that stays in your browser

We save your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser's localStorage — it never reaches us.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your message and questions promptly.
  • To prepare a thoughtful quote tailored to your project.
  • To improve your experience on the site through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
  • To meet our regulatory obligations when needed (e.g. ZATCA e-invoicing).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising. Period.

4. Who we share with

We share data only when needed, and only with parties we trust:

  • Operational service providers we rely on (form intake, hosting, email) — all contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Government authorities when officially requested under Saudi law.

Beyond that, we won't share your data with anyone without your clear consent.

5. How long we keep it

  • Form messages: Up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted unless converted to a contract.
  • Client data (contracts): 10 years per Saudi e-invoicing requirements.
  • Technical logs: 90 days, then auto-deleted.

6. Your rights (PDPL)

Saudi law gives you clear rights, and we're happy to honor them:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate data.
  • Delete (the "right to be forgotten") — unless we are legally required to retain it.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • File a complaint with the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence.

To exercise any of these, just email info@dcorner.sa — we respond within 30 days at most, usually within a few.

7. How we protect your data

  • The site connection is encrypted (HTTPS).
  • Passwords inside our clients' systems are hashed; we never see them.
  • Client data is hosted on secure servers in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf (per client choice).
  • Access to sensitive data is limited to Different Angle staff on a strict need-to-know basis.

8. Cookies

Our site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 30 days. Continued use of the site after that signals your acceptance of the update.

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We always prefer to resolve any concern amicably first; failing that, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
