Welcome to dcorner.sa. This page explains the simple ground rules we share. By using the site, you acknowledge these terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • "Different Angle" or "we": Different Angle — a Saudi creative agency headquartered in Riyadh.
  • "Site": dcorner.sa and all its sub-pages.
  • "Services": The creative, digital, and consulting solutions we offer brands and nonprofits.
  • "User" or "you": Any visitor to the site or service requester.

2. What you can do

  • Browse the site and benefit from its content for legitimate personal or business purposes.
  • Read the blog and share articles with attribution and a link to the original.
  • Reach out to us with questions or to request a quote — we'd love to hear from you.

3. What we'd rather you avoid

To keep this a safe space for everyone, please do not:

  • Use the site for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems (hacking, injection, DDoS).
  • Copy and reuse content commercially without written permission.
  • Resell or redistribute site content.
  • Send malware, phishing links, or abusive content via the form.
  • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) in a way that violates robots.txt.

4. Intellectual property

Everything you see on the site — text, design, logo, images, code — is owned by Different Angle or our licensors, and protected by Saudi and international IP laws.

Exception: our blog is open for reading and quoting with attribution and a link to the original article.

5. Services and contracts

Services described on the site are an invitation to talk and contract, not an automatic agreement. Any project starts with a separate written contract that defines:

  • The full scope of the service.
  • Pricing and financial terms.
  • Timeline and deliverables.
  • Warranties and cancellation terms.
  • Intellectual property rights for the deliverables.

Approximate figures mentioned on the site (e.g. "delivery in 2–8 weeks") are reference only — final details are set in the custom quote.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" with reasonable effort to keep its content accurate and operational. Even so:

  • Brief technical issues or maintenance windows may occasionally happen.
  • Information published (e.g. blog posts) is informational only — not binding legal or technical advice.
  • We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from site use.

In all cases, our liability to any user does not exceed the amount actually paid for a contractual service (if any).

7. External links

The site contains links to third-party sites (social networks, communication tools, etc.). The content and policies of those sites are outside our control.

8. Changes to services

From time to time, we may need to:

  • Modify, add, or pause services offered on the site.
  • Take the site offline briefly for maintenance.
  • Update these terms — material changes are announced for 30 days.

9. If terms are violated

In the event of a material violation, we may need to restrict access to the site and end any existing engagement — while preserving our legal rights.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, network outages, government decisions, and similar).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We always prefer to resolve any disagreement amicably first; failing that, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
